Well hi, my name is Gareth Williams (know as Gaz). Born on the 13th of june 1988 (unlucky for some). Well thats the breif side of things.
Now for some more complicated things, i have something called Dyslexia
“Dyslexia is a condition which causes difficulty with reading and writing and in some instances with mathematical equations. It is a learning disability that is likely present from birth. Its standard definition is a difficulty in reading and writing in spite of normal development of intelligence, cognitive and sensory abilities.”
Basically as quoted above, i find it hard to read/write, and sometimes can’t take things on board as easily as many other people. But dispite those issuses i have an IQ of 138. My primiary school wrote me off as an idiot and i was told i not ever take a single GCSE in my life but i would also not get anywhere, but my parents seeked proffesional advise, and from a dylsexic proffesional i was tested and found to have a high IQ and i could more than easily be helped to propell in life. With great help from a married couple, i had outside school lessons on a sunday, and with lots of help i learned how to read and spell to a higher level. I went to a secondary school which had a special department which could help me even more, and it just so happened that one person of the married couple also worked there. which ment i had extra lessons, and was in the end able to take 9 GCSE’s and passed 7 of them. And i have just compleated my A levels, passed all of them, which is even better, and got into plymouth Uni, to do Web Design And applications. All of this was not easy, i put a hell of a lot of hard work into this, and gave up time to have extra lessons. It was worth it, anyone who says these exams are getting easiyer, i have to say what a load of crap, i have taken over 45 exams in 3 years. which i would have to say is similar to every one else nowhere days. Anyway thats my school life.
To the future, seeing as how i found things hard, i thought i would give my self a fiting chance, so i started to learn how to create websites a few years ago. (the internet is something which really intrests me) anyway i am now off to Uni to take my current knowledge even further.
